Overall nice place. Minor things that can help improve the experience. Utensils were bare minimum. One spoon and no fork. Nothing to wash dishes with once dirty. Some minor noises at time, I believe the owner is next door so there is a little kid that loves singing and a small doggy. Definitely a great neighborhood and a safe place and location not bad from airport or disney stuff.

Good times!

Nice space at the back of a private home. Be aware there is no kitchen or washer and dryer in the unit good for short stays only. The space could use a small chair / sitting area and a rug for warmth on the marble floor. It was clean and nice modern bathroom and flooring. It was priced well for the type of space. Thank you for the sccomodstions

Nice but noisy

We found this location and decided to stay because of the ratings and price. We arrived late for our check in. I entered the code but could not successfully enter the suite #1. I called the phone number provided and the property owner answered immediately. She reset the lock and I was able to gain access. The suite was clean and looked just like the pictures. My first complaint is with location. The suite is located on the corner of a busy road and you could hear the cars drive by all day and all night. This made it difficult for me to sleep. The next night we stayed. We arrived at 7:30 pm from our activities. Suite 1 is connected to the main residence and you could hear a baby cry for about 5-10 minutes on two separate occasions. That would be my other complaint. I would stay here again, but I would like to experience staying in the other suite that is further from the busy road. The neighborhood was safe, property was well lit, and the property owner was extremely helpful. Finally, it was conveniently located not far from the event I attended.

Great Property

I truly have no complaints on the property. Communication was amazing, slight confusion with access code but owner was quick to answer. Everything was clean, fresh and bug free!! . Loved the shower. Accessible to everything. Just a few FYI's for future renters Property is on a main road, you will hear every car that goes by. After a day it's no longer bothersome. There is a door connecting to the house located in the room but bolted shut. Again just a little fyi. Overall property was great! Would rent again if in the area.

Not for the handicap

Screws sticking out of gate 1/2 ". Not for the handicap or short people. very high step to get into rental. Rugs slip easily on the tiled floors (fall hazard). Shower should have grip rails. Mattress sinks down in the middle, no support, made climbing out of bed difficult. Brush style blow dryer was left with a lot of hair in it. (Gross). Nice large clothes closet but only had 4 hangers. We will not book again.
