“The staff is friendly and helping! Even though I departed before the breakfast time for airport, they prepared a takeaway one for me, which I didn't ask for. The environment is also fantastic. Generally it was a great experience!”

“The room is clean and cosy. However, the ventilation is bad if the window is closed. Also, the noise from the other room was heard. Staff there are very nice, coca tea was provided at checkin and the room is available even before checkin time. There are only limited food choices for breakfast. However, packed breakfast is available if need to leave early.”

“They try to make us pay twice for the room. Be careful as they are know to steal your passport and personal items. We gave the passport to be copy and he try to steal it to black mail us. It also happen to the couple before us who try to check in. Beware of scam and be careful about your passport. They can lock you in the hotel so be very careful if you are women or travel alone. Very dangerous hotel . You have been ware, extra careful. We left and was waiting for the police to come then they……

“Café da manhã muito limitado Não possui micro-ondas e o café ficava sempre frio Tinha um aviso para solicitar café da manhã antecipado e mesmo avisando faltou pão e não deixaram nada para colocar no pão, somente manteiga e geléia, mas tinha queijo na geladeira e peguei sem avisar”

“Este establecimiento nunca tuvo mi reserva de expedia, encima seguía ofreciendo disponibilidad en expedia cuabdo realmente no tenia espacios. Por últimos no me brindo ninguna solución sólo atinaron a decirme que ya estaba reservado todo y no tenian mi reserva. Pase un mal rato porque el hotel esta bien retirado y ni siquiera me brindaron una alternativa. Deberia retirarse de expedia sino pretenden respetar las reservas es mas nunca me llamaron.”
