    对我来说，quality inn 算是我来美国的第一站，房间并不是很大，但是足够舒适，房间居然还配备了熨衣板和熨斗，还有咖啡壶。床非常舒服，绝对保证睡眠质量。最贴心的就是这里的免费早餐了，在寒冷的冬日，给一个从遥远他方来到陌生之地的人莫大的蕴籍。

    Don’t stay here

    Terrible. This is no longer the Quality inn. It is called McIntosh and what was advertised they don’t have to abide by if: Breakfast. It indicated an included breakfast as advertised Well it’s not. I was told this after check-in and refused to refund the money. The whole building needs to be renovated. I don’t know why they are on hotels.com list or any other list Dogs barking, doors slamming all night

    ROACHES IN THE ROOM

    We checked in Monday at 9:30pm and had to move to another room at midnight because we had roaches in our room. The staff was very nice and helpful but the manager Shawn wouldn't even speak to us at first. He said he had already moved us to another room like we was supposed to say in the room with the roaches, after my husband called him out he said he couldn't give a refund for 2 night which we never asked for we did say in the other room we just wanted to be made whole for our in convenience. So he refunded one night. He spoke to us like we was trying to take advantage and get something for free.

    This hotel is relatively inexpensive and conveniently located for visiting my family, but we'll be going out of our way to stay somewhere else next time. We stayed here once before, in 2017, and had a fine experience then. This time, however, was very disappointing. We asked for extra pillows (because they only gave us two tiny ones), and they acted astounded and told us that they had no extra pillows anywhere on the property. There was never any coffee in the lobby at breakfast time, and when we asked about it, we were told they wouldn't make any more. The fitness center was shut down, the business center was shut down, and housekeeping came to our room before 9am 3 days of our stay, while we were still getting dressed in the morning, and then did not come back later. It's really too bad, because on our prior stay, it was a great economical choice.

    Front desk person was not accommodating at all!! Very cramped breakfast area and could not even get a cup of coffee after 9:15am. Terrible eggs, pathetic danishes and mini muffins, no yoghurt or fresh fruit. No housekeeping done in my room the next morning. Cigarette hole burned into the mattress! It was a no smoking room! Did nothing for us after I complained, given excuses!! Will never stay here again or at any other Quality Inn!

    This is a simple motel without many frills. It was clean with a decent minimal breakfast. It is relatively inexpensive and a good value at the price. My only disappointment was there had been someone smoking in this non-smoking room. It was very convent for our stay.

    The motel seems it just gave up. Evidently it a huge deal if you take the crappy breakfast outside that’s offered in the cramped lobby.

    The room was good enough for an overnight stay. The room smelled musty, though. The bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep. The location is at the corner of an intersection, and it was not easy to make a left turn when going out.
