The "Standard Apartment" was just a Studio. It was listed as having 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, but that would mean the bedroom is separate from the rest of the apartment by a door which it wasn't. It was really just a Studio and looked no different in pictures from a Studio as well.
The room felt very cramped and small, not allowing for much space to feel truly comfortable and the bed was incredibly low to the ground. The bed was also just held up by velcro which came off immediately upon simply sitting on the bed, causing panels to come off and making the bed lopsided to lay on.
The bathroom was also a large disappointment due to the fact there was absolutely no soap or shampoo. There was a shampoo bottle in the shower, but it was just filled with water and produced no actual shampoo to use.
However, the largest disappointment was the parking situation. Online, it was listed as "Free Parking Within 0.8 Miles" and when I called to ask about this after booking, I was told that there was no more free parking being offered due to "new management decisions". After attempting to work this out over the phone (due to the lack of a front desk), I was told that there was unmetered parking 10 minutes away and otherwise I would need to pay for a meter or a parking lot on my own, forcing me to pay $50 simply in parking fees.
When I see information on a listing, I would expect it to be honored even if there was a mistake or their listing wasn't updated.
