Könnte freundlicher sein...

Grundsätzlich stimmen Preis und Leistung überein, aber es war schön überradchend, dass wir trotz vorheriger Zeitabsprache bei Anreise vor verschlossener Tür standen. Erst ein Telefonanruf brachte den Besitzer dazu uns etwas angenervt die Tür zu öffnen und das Nötigste zu erklären. Der Pool ist "um die Ecke" und recht klein.

Cheap, clean and good staff, great free wifi.

Absolute Guesthouse is situated in a nice area of Patong. A short motorbike ride to the beach. Great French coffee joint on the opposite of the road. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Service from staff was great. They provided a pick-up from the airport and back for a very reasonable price. Room was clean on arrival and kept clean during my stay. All in all great value for money.

Good hotel at a good price

Staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. A little far from the main if you aren't interested in the walk. I didn't mind the 15 minutes and there are amenities right nearby, groceries, restaurants.

Excellently-run guesthouse

Had a very pleasant stay with everything that could be expected and required of in this price-bracket. There were a couple of minor problems but they were promptly attended to within 24 hour period.

Nice hotel 15 minutes from the beach.

Absolute Guesthouse has available taxis, tours, shows, motorbikes and a bar and coffee lounge. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The service is very nice. The room is very comfortable with a cozy balcony. My parents enjoyed their stay in Absolute Guesthouse.

Good and clean guesthouse-a little far from beach

The guesthouse is very clean and you have daily room service. However, the reception desk is not 24/7. The reception desk is available from 9am-9pm. The rooms has no facility, no microwave, no iron, no coffee maker etc. Some rooms have a good view of the jungle and some does not. The pool is very very small. It is about 15 minutes from Barzan market where you can buy fruits and vegetables and 20 minutes from main mall of Patong. This guesthouse has some apartment rooms. Those rooms apparently have kitchen, microwave and I would recommend book apartment rooms. I have not been in apartment rooms though. wi-fi of the guesthouse is excellent. It is fast and stable.

good value for money

nice and clean, host was helpful. a bit of a walk from the main strips which is good thing. didnt like that fact there was no shower screen or curtain so the bathroom gets wet.

A good quality hotel.

This hotel is a good value for your money. It's well run, has helpful and efficient staff, and the rooms are clean and modern, offering lovely views of the nearby mountains (hills?). There's a small pool on the property, great to cool down in from the heat and humidity of A Phuket afternoon. The hotel offers motorbikes for rent also; the one we rode was in excellent condition. The hotel is in a (relatively) quiet area of town; approximately 15 minutes walk from the mayhem of Bangla road, and around another 10 minutes on that to walk to Patong beach. Perhaps it's too far out of the way for some, but exactly the type of location I was looking for. We enjoyed our stay here, we hope you will as well!

OTTIMA GUEST HOUSE !!

E' la quarta volta che torno in questa bella guest house, con camere spaziose e pulite, a 15 minuti di cammino da Patong beach...nel cuore della vita notturna... Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo ed estrema cortesia del proprietario, il quale, se richiesto, vi noleggerà uno scooter, e vi prenoterà il trasferimento da/per aeroporto. Sicuramente consigliato.

Huone oli siisti. Parvekeella oli mukava nauttia itse ostettua aamupalaa, mutta muovituolit olivat hieman likaiset. Absolute giesthouse on hyvä budjettimatkaajalle, joka haluaa kuitenkin varmistaa siisteyden huoneissa. Eniten hotellissa häiritsi jokin epämiellyttävä haju joka leijui niin rappukäytävässä kuin meidän huoneessamme.Epäilimme sitä jostain pesuaineesta tulevaksi tai asinnon rakennusmateriaaleista.Vastaanotosta sai ilmaiset rantapyyhkeet käyttöön, mutta niitä ei välttämättä riitä aina kaikille. Halutessasi keskustaan täytyy ylittää vilkas tie, joka oli aina pienesti jännittävää thaimaan liikennekunttuurin vuoksi.

1 mois chez Glenn, super GuestHouse trés bien tenue, grande chambre avec balcon, le propriétaire et le personnel trés sympa, à 10 mn à pied du centre de Patong, plein de restaurants autour mais c'est trés calme, possibilité de location de scooter avec lequel nous sommes allés à la découverte de l'ile. Je reviendrai l'an prochain chez Glenn. Merci à lui pour son accueille.

Could not fault owner or staff. Friendly and helpful. Every need was attended to. Made for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended. The only negative was although being an apartment with kitchen ( with Jug, toaster and microwave) only basic cutlery, plates and cups were provided. There was a lack of microwave cookware so that food could be actually cooked. Will stay at Hotel again when visiting Patong in the future.

A Great Place

Can't speak highly enough about absolute guesthouse. Great location. Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Absolute is located a 10-15 minute walk away from the hussle and bussle of Patong beach. We stayed on the top floor with a great view facing Patong. Rooms cleaned daily, with fresh bedding and towels. A simple set up in our room. With TV and a small bar fridge. The staff were very honest. Helping in any way possible. We felt safe enough to leave our passports and extra money in the room, returning each day to find everything left as is should be, untouched. Glenn who owns the business was very very helpful. Offering great local businesses to eat at and relax to have a few drinks. Take him up on any advice offered. Even if it looks a bit dodgy, he never once steered us wrong. Glenn went above and beyond to make sure there was never a problem. Even when leaving our taxi driver wasn't able to make the 3:30am appointment to take us to the airport as Thai new years was on. So Glenn happily drove us personally to the airport in his own car. Wow is all I can say. If heading to patong, absolute guesthouse is a great place to stay. Nothing was a problem for this amazing owner and his lovely staff.
