“Very good view ”

“This place felt more like an Airbnb. Virtual front desk which I never got the pre-checkin link for so I was a little stressed figuring out what our room was and the code. Then the room we got was noisy. We were facing the street and the windows didn’t help with the noise. Also, our bed linens were dirty and since there was no staff around I was not sure how to notify anyone or if there was anyone who could have helped us. Just overall a weird experience and disappointed since this was supposed……

“When I stayed there with my husband and kids the sheets on the beds were dirty when we pulled back the comforter. I immediately reached out to the front desk but they were closed the sister hotel next door sent someone over with clean sheets that I had to change myself. The manager at the sister hotel kept apologizing and told me to contact the manager at my hotel (Denise) in the morning and she would “make it right” the following morning spoke to Denise and explained everything that happened,……

“You can see the sea and the beach from the balcony. It only takes 5-8 minutes to walk to the coastal corridor. Hurry up to the whole section. It has an open swimming pool and an open-air balcony. The parking is super convenient and the price is ideal.”

“HORRIBLE!! Front office was extremely rude. Had to switch my first room because it was missing a front window screen.Second rm had hairs in the shower, hot sauce stains on the comforter, the pillows had hair and make up on it and my bed sheets had what looked like bodily fluids of some sort.When I talked to the front office about it and showed them pictures of everything, they said they didn’t want me to complain and not leave a bad review but refused to move me again by saying they were……

“I gave a $100 cash deposit and it was not returned to me. They said they would return it on my card. They left me a message after I was on my way home and I left 3 messages that were never returned.”

“You can't be taller than 5'6 to be under the shower. Walls are paper thin and can hear all conversations in the next room. Defiantly bring your own pillow. The Wi-Fi is terrible and you can't watch TV or sign into Netflix it continues to refresh and you have to go out and back in continually.”
