    Discover the charming Studio Oliva flat, a jewel with four-star comfort on 48 m², which offers you free private parking, Wi-Fi, two air conditioning units, two massage chairs, a minibar and barbecue facilities. Enjoy refreshing drinks and selected house wines on arrival and feel immediately welcome. Your hospitable host, a German teacher, speaks fluent Croatian, German and Italian and will be at your disposal at any time during your stay, both in person and via mobile phone.

    Inside, you will find a cosy bedroom with a double bed measuring 200 x 180, equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV and a safe, including a carbon dioxide indicator for your safety. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, a filter coffee machine and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine including capsules, a kettle and much more. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, washbasin, shower gel, shampoo, soap, hairdryer and towels, and there is an additional toilet with washing machine. A conservatory with cosy seating provides access to the garden.
