「Good place to do nothing. We ate, drank, tanned, and slept extremely well. The staff did all they could to make the most of our trip. Had a great time and left well rested. Travel to Mexico is down 40% according to one guest. It showed as Beloved seemed under utilized. Restaurant openings and menus were slim as a result. We did not leave the safety of the resort either. 」

「This brand is truly a cut above the rest. We have stayed at Excellence Playa Mujeres before but this was our first time at RC. Service was absolutely stellar from all angles- the servers in the restaurants, the poolside servers, the front desk staff, the bartenders, housekeeping staff, everyone. If you walk past staff, they smile and say hello. We spent several days just lounging and socializing in the pool and our favorite server was Jorge. He was so attentive and friendly.
