Access to the cottage is via a few steps outside. Ground floor: Open-plan kitchen/living/dining room with Wi-Fi internet access. One bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm). Shower room. Separate WC. First floor: One bedroom with four single beds (90x190 cm). Two bedrooms with two double beds (140x190 cm). Shower room with WC. The 2000 m² unfenced garden includes garden furniture, six sun loungers, a barbecue, a griddle, and a swing. There is also a shaded terrace with a lounge area. Table football and table tennis are available. A playground, located outside the garden, with a trampoline and slide, is available for children staying in the two Gîtes de France rentals. Guests can enjoy walks around the pond on the property (swimming is prohibited). Bed linen, towels, and household linen are included. End-of-stay cleaning is €150.

The unheated chlorine swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests of the gîte. Dimensions: 8 x 4 m. Depth: 1.30 m to 1.6 m. Open from June 11th to October 1st. Safety features include a barrier and cover. Access is via steps.
