「Mejorar los snack」

「Buffet/restaurants were OK but most definitely not 5 stars. It was extremely hot throughout the resort and no fans or cooling system for the residents/customers only in the rooms. Amenities were VERY basic and just music in the evening was nice. First room we were assigned to, our fridge was empty, no drinks were available & we had to call and request a new room as our room was not to our liking and not on the first floor as I prior requested. 「Staff is amazing and always helpful, food is pretty good except at Carnal. We have been 4 time prior and now it's all about the members. Only really cheap alcohol unless your a paid member. You will get hounded to attent the membership tour multiple times a day by multiple employees. The way it's going you won't be able to stay here unless your a member」
