Great Place

It’s a great location if you are planning to do the tourist stuff. Easy access to public transportation and great walking distance from everything. Highly recommend!!

Book as soon as you can, great location and the kitchenette is fully stocked.

Kitchen has all the amenities, right down to a French press and a colander for a pasta night. Plenty of room and very quiet. Security is top notch, access code worked every time.

We loved the location. The unit was great and communicating with the manager was easy. Our only negative was the freezer made a loud noise nearly the whole time and the toilet water ran. Definitely 8/10. We would go back anytime.

Great location, kind hostess, nice home

Our stay at Simon’s place was amazing. He was very accommodating, letting us check in a couple hours earlier upon communication. Simon gave us a tour of the apartment building (the rooftop is a must-see). Simon also gave us a list of cool recommendations for the city! The home is fully stocked and overall, a nice place to stay. The location is perfect. The safety is good. Overall, I would recommend staying here! Thanks for the great stay, Simon!

Perfect location

Location was perfect. Attending conference and we were literally 2 minutes from the front door. Close to Pikes Market, downtown, Capital Hill. The building is clearly dated but our unit was renovated, very clean*, and well equipped for a short stay. * About the bathroom, it needs deeper cleaning and the mold issue around the tub absolutely needs to be addressed.

Family weekend away

Perfect location Nice portable AC unit in family room Plenty of kitchen amenities Broken blinds need to be replaced Kitchen shower curtain bar coming out of wall Bedroom was hot No internet or TV, was attempted to be fixed but did not work out entire stay (we were told we would get a discount but I have yet to see it).

Good location, 3.5 stars overall

I loved the location of this rental for accessibility to all of the things we wanted to do. The rental itself has seen better days. The furniture is pretty beat up, the bed is woefully uncomfortable, and the wifi (and TV) didn't work the entire time we were there. Vacasa staff was consistently pleasant and responsive to the wifi issues, and attempted to address it, but nothing was resolved and we were without wifi during our stay. Vacasa did make it up to us, which was gratifying.

Mixed review

Wifi password and user name given was incorrect. We checked on the modem for correct one. Water leak sensor went off and we had to deal with it ourselves as the property manager was unavailable. No leak but battery dying. Property looks somewhat beat up and neglected although mostly clean. Stains on upholstery and blankets. Hardly any towels. Felt secure and great location just off pike street; fairly easy walk to main areas.

Nice place close to Seattle's tourist spots

We enjoyed our 3 nights in this condo. Nice big bed in the single bedroom. Pull-out sofa bed worked well for the kids. Kitchen and dining area were nice. We appreciated the building security (need code for the main entrance, and a fob to get in from the back parking lot we used). Communication with our check-in guy was good; only issue is he had to check in somebody else first, so we had a little wait. While we did get the code to enter the building in advance, we had to wait for the physical keys to our unit. I also wish they would give exact parking instructions prior to arrival, considering it's a big city; we parked a few blocks away on the street, then luckily were able to walk in and get parking info from the building desk attendant before meeting with our check-in guy. Our parking space was in a small back lot that you need yet another code to drive into. The door for one of the building's 3 elevators also happens to be right outside the unit, which was nice.

This was an ideal spot for our stay in Seattle. Absolutely perfect location, an easy walk to everything. Beautiful condo with nice amenities; I especially appreciate the roof access and included parking spot, two items that can be hard to find!

Great Apartment in Heart of Seattle

We had a fantastic time in Seattle staying at this spot! It’s walkable to Pike Place, shopping, and other attractions. The space is also spacious and large — plenty of room for 2 people.

We left after one night because in the dining room/living room, there is a window that’s propped open by an air conditioner tube. The apartment is on the 12th floor and it’s impossible to lock this window. To make matters worse, the window is very close to the chairs at the dining room table. We have a two year old who likes to climb and it would have been no problem for her to climb on the chair, open the window and scramble out. It’s extremely unsafe for young children.

good location, run down inside

a 5 min walk to the convention center, chair falling apart and sofa stained badly. pillows on the bed smelled like armpits, the bathroom had fresh towels but hadn’t been cleaned. greeter did not reach out to me to set up key exchange before i called vacasa support.

Room for Improvement

We contacted customer support day off because we had not heard from the greeter. The email said we would hear from them 1-2 days prior to arrival. Customer service said we already had all the info we needed, which we knew wasn’t true. The greeter contacted us 2 hours prior to check-in. Upon arrival, our off street parking spot was taken and the greeter said it would get resolved within a few hours, but we would have to pay for parking until then. One of our reasons for choosing this place was for the off street parking. There was no offer to pay for our street parking until it was resolved. I did not hear an update within a few hours so I had to reach out to the greeter again. Finally the car did move late at night. There were also no sheets for the pull out couch which we needed. I contacted the greeter in the evening and he said he’d try to get us some sheets. We woke up to him pounding at the door at 12:20 am with no communication prior that he’d be coming by. The place wasn’t the cleanest but ok. The dishwasher hadn’t been unloaded and the WiFi wasn’t even plugged in. After all of this was resolved it was an ok stay, just a rough start. Location was good - walking distance to just about anything which was great!

Terrible don't stay here

Ceilings in the living room and bedroom had issues with their lights,they didn't work nor did the ceiling fan work. Water damage above the fire place. The black chair in the photo is damage and torn to shreds not usable.

Very good location, parking spot is very convenient. Vacasa needs to negotiate with building administration to facilitate check in process for new guests. Few minor maintenance issues: toilet flush, air conditioning, batteries of remote controllers

Very convenient to convention center

This is a renovated apartment within an older building. The unit shows some wear, even in its renovated state, but had everything I needed. One issue came up and was dealt with quickly by the management company.

Great Location!

Everything was as advertised in photos, however the check-in process isn't normal. I had to meet with someone to get the keys instead of getting keys in a lockbox. This is the first property where I had to meet with someone. Otherwise the location is perfect to everything that you need and want to do in caphill. Walking to Space Needle was about 20-25 minutes. Would stay here again.

Simple and Convenient

Great location on Capitol Hill. Small, minimalistic, but adequate. Getting a dedicated parking space was a definite plus. Easy access to the building with key fobs was nice. Very basic furniture; nothing cozy or particularly comfortable. A good place to stay for basic needs.
