This Dolly Parton themed cabin is located in the back of a very nice residential neighborhood surrounded by beautiful views as you drive up. The cabin is easy to access on paved roads and accessible in any vehicle. 2 miles from Downtown Sevierville & 2.5 miles to the Parkway.

🏊‍♂️ INDOOR PLUNGE POOL: This is heated to 82-85 degrees. Do not expect this to feel like a hot tub that is over a 100 degrees. This pool is just warm enough where you can swim in all year. Absolutely no diving as the pool is 5 feet deep and 12 feet X 10 feet big.

♨️ HOT TUB: Hot Tub seats up to 7 people. Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. Depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.

🏓 GAME ROOM: We have converted our garage into a game room. This has a ping pong table, putting green, and foosball table.

🧖 SAUNA: Infrared Sauna takes about 60 minutes to heat up (and sometimes longer). It will get up to 130 degrees.

🍽️ KITCHEN: New and fully stocked kitchen with appliances like a ninja blender, crockpot, toaster, plus all the cups, plates, and utensils you need for a perfect home-cooked meal.

🛋️ LIVING ROOM: Large open living room with a sectional couch, electric fireplace, and a 55" TV. This is a perfect place for movie night for the entire family.

☕️ COFFEE BAR: Whether you prefer French press, Keurig, iced coffee, pour-over, or classic drip, we’ve got you covered—with an electric kettle, too. We also provide a starter pack of up to 10 K-Cups to get you going!

🏠 HOUSE ACCESSORIES: Highchair, travel crib, pack-n-play, books, board games, arcade room, indoor pool, gym, sauna, hot tub, work desk with monitor, and BBQ grill.

🧼 PERSONAL SUPPLIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, face wipes, Q-tips, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and a blowdryer in each bathroom. We provide a starter pack of the following items: Toilet paper (2 per bathroom), paper towels (1), Coffee K-Cups (10 pods).

👨‍🍳 GRILL: We have a 4 burner propane grill on the property. Our cleaners do the best they can at making sure the propane tanks stay full. If for any reason we run out, we will reimburse you for the refill. We also request our guest to brush off the grill after use so that it is useable for the next guest. This is the one area that our cleaners do not focus on, but we do have another company that comes periodically to maintain it.

🤝 RENTAL AGREEMENT: After booking this property, you will have 24 hours to sign a rental agreement listing the guidelines and house rules below.

🪪 Government Issued ID: We request a copy of your Drivers License or Passport to verify you are the person booking. This must match the name of the person booking and who signs the rental agreement.

💰 SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $500 security deposit will be put on "hold" by the HOST before check-in and released 3 days after check-out.

📷 SECURITY CAMERA: We have a ring spotlight camera at the front of the house that is on for your protection.

👪 COMMUNITY GUIDELINES: The neighborhood does not allow RV's, trailers, or street parking inside the community.

🐶 PETS - We are dog friendly & allow up to 2 DOGS (NO CATS) with a required non-refundable pet fee of $250. Pets must be under 50lbs and house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a pet fee must be paid prior to arrival and we use specific sheets for our pet friendly travelers. Pets and emotional support animals are subject to pet fee, only ADA compliant service animals trained to perform a task are exempt from this. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed.

🚭 NO SMOKING: No smoking allowed under any circumstances. Any evidence of smoking inside the property will resort in a $250 fine and loss of security deposit + any additional damages incurred.

🏊‍♂️ INDOOR POOL: Children and minors must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult from their party. Please use the pool responsibly and at your own risk. The indoor pool is 5 feet deep—no diving is allowed to ensure everyone’s safety. The temperature is set at 83°F, providing a comfortable warmth for swimming, but it will not feel like a hot tub. For safety reasons, alcohol, glassware, and any oils, soaps, bath salts, or bath bombs are strictly prohibited in the pool area. Guests violating this policy will incur a $250 fine plus any associated repair and maintenance costs.

♨️ HOT TUB: The hot tub is reserved for guests aged 18 and above. Kindly avoid sitting or standing on the hot tub cover. Please use the hot tub at your own risk. No oils, soap, bath salt, or bath bombs in hot tub. Guests will incur a fine of $250 plus any costs related to repair and maintenance.

🐞 BUGS INSIDE HOME: This is a brand new cabin, but you are still in nature and at times may encounter bugs. Pest control comes out monthly for maintenance, but there are no perfect solutions, especially during lady bug season! Please make sure all doors and windows are closed when not in use.

🐻 BEARS IN AREA: Please be aware that we are located in a bear-prone area. For your safety, we kindly ask that you do not leave any food in your car. Bears have a strong sense of smell and may be attracted to the food, which could result in damage to your vehicle. Leave all trash bins inside of garage.

🤫 QUIET HOURS/ NO PARTIES: Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Our cabin is located in the back of a very nice residential neighborhood. Please be respectful to neighbors and absolutely NO PARTIES. Violations of this rule will result in a $250 fine and immediate loss of deposit & you will be asked to vacate the property with no refund.

🅿️ PARKING: Cabin has private parking for up to four vehicles in the driveway. This should be plenty of parking for 3 large vehicles or 4 smaller vehicles. Vehicles can't be parked on the road per HOA.

🔑 CHECK IN / CHECK OUT: Check in is at 4PM, your key code will not work until 4PM the day of check in. Check out is promptly at 10AM. These check in and out times are critical for our cleaners to allow them the time they need to ensure the house is clean, sanitized, and ready to go for the next guest. If the house is available earlier, we will gladly accommodate an early check in.

📆 MINIMUM BOOKING AGE: Minimum age to book is 25 or older & must be present unless otherwise approved by us. No third party bookings.

‼️ MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: This cabin is licensed and insured for a maximum of 14 people, children included.
