Beautiful freshly refurbished three bedroom house with a striking fuscia front door. This property is located in the town centre, only a short stroll to cafes, shops, beaches and Back Creek.

Upstairs you'll find the timber floored open plan living/dining/kitchen which opens onto an outdoor living area - great for al fresco dining. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances including a dishwasher.

The bedrooms are located downstairs and all are fitted with ceiling fans. After a day at the beach you can rinse off under the twin shower heads in the stylish bathroom which is separate from the toilet.

For those who still need to check in at work there is a designated office space and WiFi available.

Also downstairs you'll find the internal laundry is complete with washer and dryer.

There is off street parking in the driveway with enough room for a boat.
