"Everyone was very nice and we could walk to everything we needed. The self parking at the parking garage was a little hard to figure out. The QR code didn't scan but the attendant was able to help. Your general manager Danielle Klus took our picture and emailed it to us because my phone was overheated. She was so nice!!! We will stay with you again!"

"I love going to the Arizona Grand for staycations with my children. We celebrate summer birthdays at the water park! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the property is clean and comfortable. The regular beds are incredibly comfortable, but the fold out beds are ridiculously uncomfortable! Anyone who is relegated to a fold out bed in a suite will sleep on a thin mattress with hard springs. I pad them with blankets to make them workable."
