Let's just "Skip to the Good Part"! This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is complete with its own private swimming pool (pool heating available for an additional fee) and Elevator! ALMOST OCEANFRONT! Located on the east end of beautiful Holden Beach, this delightful home is only steps away from the beach access just across the street, with no houses in front of you to obstruct the breathtaking views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean.

"Skip to the Good Part" has that coastal vibe that you have been searching for! This delightful home has been updated with new comfortable furniture, new flooring, lighting, granite counter tops, new appliances, and so much more! ALMOST OCEANFRONT! Located on the east end of beautiful Holden Beach, this delightful home is only steps away from the beach access just across the street, with no houses in front of you to obstruct the breathtaking views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. You will love watching the absolutely glorious Holden Beach sunrises and sunsets, as well as surfers, dolphins and boats from your ocean-facing upper sun deck!

Accommodating up to 10 guests, Bedroom #1 is located on the 1st level, offering a King bed, TV, ceiling fan, ocean views, and a private full bath with a double vanity and tub/shower combo. Bedroom #2 is located on the 2nd level, offering a King bed, TV, ceiling fan, ocean views, and a private full bath with a double vanity and tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom #3 is located on the 2nd level, offering a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, ocean views, and shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with Bedroom #4 (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #4 is located on the 2nd level, offering a Twin/Full bunkbed, and a Twin bed, TV, and shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with Bedroom #3 (tub/shower combo). You will appreciate the second living area located on the 2nd level, including a mini-kitchen and balcony access.

In just a matter of minutes you will have your toes in the sand, surf fishing or looking for your favorite seashells, or take a short walk to the Golden Holden mailbox of memories on the far east end of the island! After your day on the beach, you will appreciate the large enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water and dressing area. Come and enjoy the sweet coastal vibes at "Skip to the Good Part"!

The swimming pool at this home is open year-round. Pool heater may be available upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $350 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.

Note: This property has unobstructed ocean views with a low-volume, one-way, non-paved road between the property and the ocean. Access to the beach is via a beach access crossover located approximately 120 feet from the property.

Nicely placed beach home, lacking simple comfort, working elevator

This is a fairly simple house with no great luxuries.(Sofa, seating, mattresses quite lacking in comfort). We have stayed on this beach many times in much better. If Holden Beach were not right outside with great porch views, there is no way anyone would desire this home. For the weekly price, updating is warranted. Elevator did not work, which is one of the big reasons we chose this property due to one handicapped visitor. Called for maintenance but no one ever came. The entire week was difficult for this one very kind person who was treating his family to a beach holiday.
