We would love to share our beautiful, BRAND NEW lake home designed for a family, with you and your family. "The BIG Patoka", located at Noah's Harbour in "The Little Patoka" neighborhood area.

Within the home are large open spaces for gathering, soaring ceilings, and oversized windows that provide lots of natural lighting. This spacious 3600 square foot home has 4.5 bathrooms, four full bedrooms, 3 bedrooms of which are master suites, the 4th including bunks along with extra sleeping areas for children. The property can sleep 14 comfortably. The house offers two large living room areas, one with a wood burning fireplace and seating for cozy conversations while the other provides theater style sofas and a 85" television with sound bar and sub woofer for watching movies, sport games or lounging. A billiard and foosball table, wet bar with beverage refrigerator, board/card games, table and chairs are also provided in this area for your family social time.

This home sits on over an acre with lots of yard space for family play. Enjoy nature, peace of mind, a family BBQ, cup of coffee, relaxing reading time, or therapeutic hot tub soak on one of our four oversized porches as you can hear boats zooming around nearby!
All bedrooms and living room areas are provided with Smart TV's, be sure to bring your Netflix and other account logins to feel right at home.
Bring your boat! This home is one of the closest properties on the lake to a boat ramp, exactly a 1 mile drive to the Little Patoka ramp. This boat ramp is more secluded, less crowded, provides a boat dock and public restroom. The boat ramp is so close our kids enjoy to ride in the boat on the trailer from the house to the ramp. The home has a large parking area big enough for multiple vehicles and watercrafts.
StarLink high-speed internet is provided along with space for work for learning.
Hunters and Anglers WELCOME! Surrounding areas of the Hoosier National Forest offer endless ground for deer, turkey, and other game!

Bedroom 1: 1 king bed suite with a bathroom on main level. Television.

Bedroom 2: 1 king bed suite with couch/futon. A bathroom equipped with washer/dryer, on the upper level, access to deck. Television.

Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed, 1 twin daybed in extra area with bathroom on upper level, access to deck. Television.

Bedroom 4: 2 twin over full bunks, in basement. Bathroom located outside of bedroom. Television.

Additional half bath located on main level. Hair dryers provided in master suites.

All beds have Plush Gel Memory Foam mattresses. There are black out curtains throughout the house. Linens and towels are included in each room. A pack and play, and booster seat are available for use.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large custom buffet style island, perfect for hosting and serving your large family dinners; granite countertops, 36" gas range, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Dining seating inside and out. There are coffee pots, toaster, blender, air fryer, and lots more to make your stay more enjoyable. A Weber Genesis propane grill is provided just out of the kitchen/dining room doors on the back deck, for your convenience.

This is not a pet friendly property as it is brand new and we'd like to keep it looking that way, along with providing a pet allergy free environment for all guest.

No parties are allowed as there are neighbors and families in the vicinity.

For families, the renter MUST be over 30 years of age.
You are responsible for all members of party, children and adults while using property.
All parties that are adults-only, ALL must be over 30 years of age.

Home is equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, multiple fire extinguishers, flash light, and first aid kit. Security cameras are in use at front door, basement door, and driveway to monitor safety and vandalism.
