İki arkadaş, iki ayrı yataklı oda istediğimizi rezervasyonumuz esnasında belirttik. Yalnız otele ulaştığımızda böyle bir odanın olmadığı bilgisi verildi. Bize biri double, diğer single olan odayı gösterdiler ve fiyat farklı olduğunu söylediler. Uğraşlar sonucu farkı vermedik tabii ki. Otele giriş yaparken kahvaltı saati 08.00 - 12.00 olarak söylendi ama sabah 8.30'da indiğimizde kahvaltının 9.00'da başlayacağı söylendi. Açıklama ve hizmetler kısmında "ücretsiz havalimanı servisi" yazmasına rağmen bu konuyla ilgili olarak yazdıklarından bile haberleri yoktu. :) Anlayacağız beş para etmez bir otel. Kesinlikle kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.

Fair deal for the price

Nice hotel for the price, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Good food and shopping options nearby, if you turn right! Only issue was a smell coming from the bathroom that smelled like used cat litter. Other than that, a good deal for the price!

This hotel was a good choice, but it is somewhat outside the city and not in the nicest neighborhood. Service was good, breakfast fine, room comfy and clean, good air conditioner, proper wifi and peaceful for sleep.

Nice hotel in industrial area.

Great bed, really clean, good breakfast. I was exhausted after a long trip; no sleep for 36hrs. Exactly what I wanted; cleanliness, and a great bed. Staff were friendly; overall very positive.

This was my first visit to Georgia ..coming from USA. It was an Excellent Hotel Nice Room , Good Quality Great Breakfast Good WIFI The,Receptionist Ekal was very helpful and well informed. It was the Best value for money. Great Location.. .. .I would certainly come here again.

Fikk veldig godt inntrykk av hotellet via omtaler o.l. Hotellet tok kontakt med meg rett etter bestilling og opplyste om at de ville hente oss på flyplassen. Fremme kl 03:00 på natten hadde ingen kommet til flyplassen og det endte opp med taxi direkte til hotellet. Ved ankomst til hotellet ca kl 03:30 fikk vi opplyst om at rommet var leid ut og at bestillingen min hadde blitt cancelert. Det endte opp med overnatting på hostell første natten før jeg fikk rommet neste dag. Hotellet ligger noen kilometer fra sentrum men alt i alt en fin hotell med ok frokost. Hyggelig betjening.

Goed hotel buiten centrum van de stad

Goed hotel met relatief grote kamers en badkamers. Afstand naar centrum betekent dat je een taxi nodig hebt om daar te komen (max GEL 10). Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en eenmaal een gratis transfer naar de luchthaven zijn bij de prijs inbegrepen.

Good hotel but bad service.

The place is good. However, I expected them to fetch me in the airport as agreed but nobody came. I tried to call them and email them while I am in Tbilisi airport waiting for them but no one answered. I am very disappointed that they did not came to fetch me in the airport and bring me to the hotel. I spend 150GEL for the taxi from the airport to GSG Hotel. I emailed them that they need to refund me for the expenses but no reply and no refund happened. The food is good though. The place is clean and new.

One week stay early November 2017

What a good little hotel! This is a small hotel located in suburbs, walking distance to the metro.immediate neighbourhood has a definite local feel, and yes the hotel is surrounded by car workshops, but also local cheese sellers , bakers , veg merchants and all of real life. The area feels safe. The staff are welcoming and aware so inside the hotel one feels safe as well , given the small side of the hotel I never saw reception and door unattended. The rooms are modern and simple. I had to ask for a kettle and was provided straight away also a safe, unusually it was handed to me and I was able to choose where to put it in the room. But nevertheless the room had double bolting locks. Breakfast was a small selection of high quality local products. Carbs and protein no veg or fruit, but these can be bought locally and at modest price. I choose this hotel because of the fitness center. Which was exceptional, I travel the world booking my hotels braised on their fitness center and this one is the best ever. I should say it is a SEPERATE business within the hotel building, the MMA staff run this place with pride. The equipment is new and well maintained. The charge is five lari about £1.60 each visit . No big deal BUT Expedia should be advising their clients of this. About the airport transfer. The hotel will provide a taxi collection OR drop off this is free of charge. But just one way, This again should be made clear. Great stay overall.

Due Lage ist interessant wenn man das Leben in Tbilisi kennen lernen möchte. Nicht ausgesprochen schön oder touristisch aber mitten drin und ÖVP gut zu erreichen.

A happy stay...

Very friendly and helpful staff... All though it was little difficult to find the hotel from old Tbilisi and its far from the happening places and attractions, its a good hotel and value for money. Breakfast offered is okay okay. Room services needs a level up. In room comforts such as iron board, kettle were missing. Leak in the shower left the bathroom floor wet. Little noisy at night as a nearby garage went on work at times. But by far, most of our issues were taken care with a single call. So a happy stay at the end.

Our Second stay at this Charming Hotel!!

This was my me & my husband's second visit to Tbilisi and both times we stayed at GSG. I find the staff to be the most welcoming, friendly and sincere group of people in any hotel I ever stayed at. They are so helpful and remembered us from our first visit! The manager, Kate, is truly an elegant & sweet woman who made us feel at home. The location is very charming and you will find yourself getting a rare glimpse into everyday life as you walk towards the main avenue. The beds are very comfortable and the free breakfast is simple, fresh and generous. The rooms were always clean and we were very comfortable!! We married while in Tbilisi and everyone congratulated us as if they were old friends of ours. I can't say enough about this place. I highly recommend staying there!!!!

Nice hotel but...

The hotel is nice. The room was a bit small but it was comfy. The staff was amazingly helpful in all matters. But...the kitchen was perhaps under repair? Meal choices were slim and took forever. Also, there was a literal crime scene a stone's throw from the hotel. I was walking to get some local food and passed by police officers taking photos, dusting for prints, and putting up little yellow signs with numbers on them. Not cool.
