"I had an excellent 6 day stay in this fabulous hotel. Its location is spot on in the central Ubud Jalan Raya and I could easily walk to most of the touristy places in Ubud. The room is very beautifully decorated and the breakfast and meals at the Pura Saraswati Restaurant is very delicious. Their hotel and restaurant staff are super helpful, friendly and courteous. I strongly recommend Puri Saraswati Dijiwa Hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in central Ubud area. "

"This property is outstanding! My four-day stay was absolutely amazing. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My villa was wonderful and sparkling clean. Amenities were great to include the cookies :-) Breakfast selection was huge and so delicious! The spa packages were great and the staff very professional. I also took advantage of the hotel tours, and Degla, my driver and tour guide explained to me the history of every place and the Bali culture very well. He even added one more stop to my tour where I saw how they made the Luwa coffee. Simply, this hotel is a gem and I could not have been happier with my stay. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Ubud, Bali. "

"Amazing stay! Place was serene and room was clean. The neighborhood was so beautiful too. Breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. Staff was friendly and patient. They also anticipated our needs really well. We told them we have a tour starting at 3.30am (before breakfast starts) and they offered to pack breakfast boxes for us without us even asking. We could also loan umbrellas and broke one, but the staff was kind to not ask for compensation. Two minor concerns were that the room is not very soundproof and there is a bar nearby that could be somewhat heard into the evening."

"Everything about our stay at Bisma Eight exceeded our expectations. The staff at this property could not have been more welcoming, and their service was excellent at the front desk, the restaurants, the pool bar staff, and our driver and tour guide. The location was excellent, and we were able to walk to many restaurants, markets, Ubud Palace and the Monkey Forest. A great choice!!"
