The staff are polite, but their English communication skills are limited. Together with apparent understaffing, the overall service quality has room for improvement. For example, there was no attention to parking arrangements or assistance with carrying luggage into the hotel. In addition, although the room instructions state that guests of three or more need to prepare the tatami themselves, this stay was for two guests only, yet guests were still required to handle it on their own, which is not very friendly to foreign travelers. The hot spring water quality is excellent, and the facilities appear relatively new. However, some cracked flooring was observed around the outdoor area of the men’s bath, which could pose a safety risk at night if guests are not careful. スタッフの対応は丁寧ですが、英語でのコミュニケーション能力はあまり高くなく、人手不足の印象もあり、全体的なサービス品質には改善の余地があります。 具体的には、駐車時に気づいてもらえず、荷物をホテル内へ運ぶ手助けもありませんでした。また、部屋の案内では「3名以上の場合は畳を自分で敷く」と記載されていますが、今回は2名での宿泊にもかかわらず、スタッフからは宿泊客自身で対応するよう求められ、外国人旅行者にはあまり親切とは言えません。 温泉の泉質は非常に良く、施設も比較的新しいですが、男湯の露天風呂周辺では床の破損が見られ、夜間は足元に注意しないと危険に感じました。

프라이빗한 료칸온천인데 리뉴얼울햐서 깨끗하고 쾌적합니다. 석식과 조식도 프라이빗한 느낌을 받고 정성이 느껴지는 숙소 입니다. 한국말을 잘하시는분이 계셔서 더욱 더 편리하게 다녀왔습니다. 다음에 쉬러 또 오고 싶습니다

スタッフの数が少なく料理は美味しかったが、他は手が足らない印象　 露天風呂風呂には蜘蛛の巣 客室に案内もされず、布団も置いてあるのを自分で広げて使う案内もない！ベットに慣れてる私達は布団が薄くて腰が痛いおもいをし、朝になって押し入れの中のマットレスを発見❗️

チェックインの際、外国の方だったので戸惑いがありました。アメニティや浴衣の説明がなく、後から気付いて取りに行きました。 温泉は泉質がいいのか、お肌つるつるしっとりしていました。食事も美味しかったです。炊き込みごはんは米が何か違うような気がしましたが味は美味しかったです。朝の白米はつやつやでしておそらく新米でした。 貸切湯が宿泊者は半額ということでしたが、ここは無料の宿が多いので無料にするべきだと思いました。 お部屋は清潔感もありよかったです。 割引きで安く泊まれてこのクオリティまた泊まりたいと思えました、チェックアウトも11時で朝もゆったり準備できました。お世話になりましたありがとうございました。

和洋室に宿泊したのですが、食事（山鹿会席）、温泉含め大満足でした。 また、客室が全10部屋のみ、他のお客様も少なくくつろげました。 機会があれば再度利用したいです。

８０代の足が少し不自由な母と一緒だったのですが、車椅子を準備していただいたのですごく助かりました。部屋には母用の椅子が準備されていました。 施設の場所は温泉街って感じではないですが、車通りもそんなになくとても静かでのんびりと過ごすことができました。 温泉も混雑なくゆっくり利用することができいい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

일본 산중의 시골 료칸을 원한다면 추천

오래된 료칸을 리모델링하여 깔끔하면서도 전통 료칸의 분위기가 남. 대중교통 이용시 후쿠오카시에서 공항리무진을 타고 오다가 고속도로 정류장에서 내려 시골버스를 타고 가다가 다시 내려서 10분 정도 걸어가야하는 번거로움이 있으나, 일본의 산중 시골에서 휴식을 즐길 수 있는 기회가 많지 않으니 한번 체험해볼만함.

レビューがいいので選びました。しかし、旅館側の不備なのか予約サイトの会社の人不備なのか知りませんが6名での予約のハズが、、、4名分のみしか、お布団やお食事は用意されておらず旅行自体が台無しとなりました。非常に残念でした。また、この旅館側は、有料で布団を頼みましたところ、シーツのみ入り口におかれ、立ち去られたことにびっくり。追加料金支払ったのに？え？自分しろと？お風呂場は、ゴミがゴミ箱からはみ出て満杯。お風呂場の電話で受け付けへ電話しようとしたところ電話は、まったく繋がらない。故障？音さえならなかった。ミネラルサーバーは空で水も出てこなかった。あきれました、、、レビューは、サクラ?って思うぐらいとても残念でした。ほんとにオススメはできません、、、。エクスペリア？で予約しましたがもう信頼ができなくなりました。ミスは誰でもあります。その後の対応が大事だと思いました。

綺麗で清潔感のある旅館！ごはんも◎！

リニューアル半年なので とっても綺麗で清潔感がありました！ 旅館の方もとても優しく親切でまた泊まりたいなと思いました！ 料理もオシャレでおいしくて、 思わず写真を撮りました！ボリュームもあります！ 欲を言えば…… 夜だけでも、 お部屋で食べたりできたら嬉しかったかなぁと思いました！
