Condominio Monte Pelmo
Bright renovated attic with living room and open space style kitchen located in the hamlet of Caprile di Alleghe, in a very sunny area.
In a raised position it enjoys a beautiful view of the valley.
THE SPACES
The apartment is located on the top floor of a small building. The round-shaped light point is striking, which gives the corridor a particular natural light. The predominant gray color of the ceilings give a modern air and a little English while the wooden floors give warmth to the very welcoming environment. The living room has a nice red sofa and a comfortable armchair where you can watch TV, a nice terrace overlooking the valley and the mountains. The communicating kitchen is well equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven and has a beautiful large window next to the spacious table. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed. The bathroom is complete with sink, bidet, toilet, shower and washing machine.
An environment that will make you feel truly at home.
The house does not have its own private parking. There are a couple of small public pitches nearby.
THE POSITION
The house is located in a strategic position. In a few minutes you can reach the SKI CIVETTA ski resorts (5 Km) and the Marmolada glacier and the connection with the Sellaronda / Dolomitisuperski ski area (10Km). The town center of Caprile is only 1.5 km away with shops, bars, pizzerias.
Alleghe is located 5 km away and is the paradise of well-being by the lake for the whole family: the town offers the possibility of simple walks that can also be covered with a stroller, such as a tour of the lake, and along the way there are several playgrounds children.
And for those who simply want to relax for a few hours in the sun, a break at the "Zunaia" beach is ideal. In the months of July and August it is also possible to rent pedal boats, at the station located along the lake.
If you come to Alleghe, you cannot fail to go up to Piani di Pezzè, by car or by cable car, a plateau at about 1400 meters. above sea level, where you can spend pleasant hours, relaxing in the sun, strolling here and there or sipping a good beer on the terrace of some refuge.
For those who love movement, on the other hand, there is the thrill of the Civetta Adventure Park, ideal for teens and children, a modern adventure park built on trees, made up of paths of varying difficulty suspended in the air.
And next to it the brand new Ally Farm playground, equipped with a wooden chalet and a large terrace.
For ice skating lovers or for those who simply want to take their first steps on the two blades, the Alvise de Toni Ice Stadium, in the center of Alleghe, guarantees safe fun even on rainy days!
In San Tomaso Agordino, a village a few kilometers from Alleghe for young kids looking for adrenaline, there is the Zip Line, the new attraction that attracts daredevil young people from all over Europe.
Do not forget to visit some of the musts of the area such as the Marmolada with the Museum of the First World War, the "Vittorino Cazzetta" museum in Selva di Cadore with the dinosaur footprints found on the Pelmetto and the man from "Mondeval", Andraz Castle.
