Nice home what i didn't like is the TV was not working in the master bathroom and some pool guy walks up from nowhere without no warning and just started putting things in the pool for service and there's no windows cover over windows

Good overall

Setup was great for an adult family of 4 with plenty of room to be together or apart as needed. Kitchen needs were a bit lacking if you like to cook. Never stayed at a home that didn’t provide a drip coffee maker (French press only). Cowboy hot tub was cool but lack of adequate seating and pretty weedy backyard were disappointing. Outside management company is prompt and professional but be prepared for rigidity on check in and check out or look for an upcharge.

Good, but could use some improvement

The property overall was well-kept and (other than the back yard) matched the photos on the listing.There are a few things that need attention:-There are weeds everywhere in the back yard that definitely took away from the feel.-The front yard was very overgrown when we arrived and was cut the day after. I get being on a schedule, but it should be taken care of prior to renting.-The water softener has a lot of salt lying next to it, but zero in the actual softener. The water was EXTREMELY hard.-The thermostat will auto reset to 76 every single day. If you want a cool home after being out all day, you probably won’t get it.-The cowboy pool is very nice, but it is a hot tub. You can’t make it cold, which wasn’t enjoyable in the heat.The host was good, but consistently sends messages asking to use a separate link to click to let them know things like if you’re arriving early, checking out late, etc. When I book through VRBO, I want to stay on VRBO.We were happy overall.
