Great place for families!

Centrally located but in a quiet neighborhood this is a beautiful place to stay. Traveled to visit our son who works in Avon. Worked great for our extended family of 6. The kitchen was fully supplied with any utensil, pot, dishware, silverware that we needed. Beautiful updated decor as well. We could've believe how roomy the place was. Would definitely stay again for sure!

Nicely furnished, but one bathroom door is off track, and a big privacy concern. Host did not return calls regarding key accessibility, and hot tub and pool locations are not accurately advertised. Hot tub is 300 feet away: pool is about five blocks away.

I will never book here again, nor with VRBO. I booked this rental less than 24 hours before planning to arrive. Sadly, we had a sudden death in the family and had to cancel the day after booking the trip. I booked the trip only a day before travel. I asked VRBO and the owner to cancel and refund me the money however they refused. It mad no made no difference to them and did not effect the owner financially because as I said, it was less than 24 hours after I booked this that I needed to cancel (its not like I had this booked for weeks or months and the owners lost money...it was literally less than 24 hours after I booked which the death in the family occurred and we tried to cancel.) The owners refused to give me a refund...not even a partial refund. They could have at least refunded me the cleaning service given no one was going to be staying here, yet they would NOT. Based off of principle alone and human decency, I will never book this rental and choose to never deal with such cold hearted people. If I were you, I would not either.
