  • This compact and cozy studio in Empuriabrava is ideal for solo travelers or couples, offering 24 m² of space and a double sofa bed. Located just 400 meters from the sandy beach and 75 meters from a supermarket, it’s perfectly positioned for a convenient and relaxing seaside stay. The studio is set in a lively area close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions.

    The open-plan electric kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all essential utensils. Guests can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture, air conditioning in the living room, satellite TV, and optional Wi-Fi. The studio is pet-friendly upon request, making it a great option for travelers with small pets.

    Conveniently located near Peralada Golf Course (16 km), Figueres AVE/TGV station (20 km), and Girona Airport (65 km), the studio is well-connected for exploring the Costa Brava. A refundable security deposit is required, and optional services such as bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are available. Flexible check-in is offered during the low season, with late arrivals accommodated via a secure key box.
