“订房时没注意到是套房，多订了一个房间，给了3个套房，浪费了。房间比较大也比较舒适。在市区，虽然不在禁行区域，但车只能停到距酒店较远的公共停车区，主要是码头那里的马路边，比较担心车受损，还好没事。吃饭很方便，去景点都不是很远，基本走路。”

“Hotel Ballaro is gorgeous; walking up the grand staircase into the hotel area almost feels like you could be a background character in Romeo and Juliet. Unfortunately, our room wasn't ready on our arrival, despite having sent our flight information ahead of time, and we were missed receiving the instructions on how to actually enter the building once we found it, but once that was sorted out, we had a lovely stay.”

“This is an incredible little boutique hotel in a great area of old town Palermo- easy to walk places and we were sad we only stayed one night. The pool was lovely, staff was amazing as well as the owner Massimo. The room itself was a loft and so well appointed, with cool retractable shades upstairs. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and though we were going to have to check out early and miss it, we were able to place a last minute order when our flight was delayed. We will be back!! ”

“A great place to stay in Palermo. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was extremely attentive and welcoming and the included breakfast was excellent. The hotel is located just off via Maqueda, which puts you right at the center of one of the most popular areas of the city. ”
