If there is any recommendation I can make to the resort management is to provide a better orientation to guests when they arrive, perhaps make an app. We were given little information upon arrival and spent a lot of time trying to navigate the resort and what happens when. “Very nice hotel with easy access to snorkeling and diving. Confortable bed, nice spacious rooms with balcony. Friendly staff. The hotel has two restaurants but both serve the same food. That said, the food is good and they have a big menu. No convenience stores nearby nor shops but the taxi to the center is about 10 dollars. We had a great time. Would return and do recommend.”

“There was no beach area, the condo itself was very nice but we ended up having to walk down the street and pay to use a beach club. ”

“Great location, restaurants, groceries stores around. 5th av. and beach are not far. Roof patio with the pools are nice! Downside is the noise, loud noise from door closing. And several units have connectable door and you hear everything from the other unit. Service and personals are good.”

“We booked a room for 3 adults and the room had 2 double beds and a small couch. The superior rooms should not be offered for 3 adults. We paid more than 2 adults in the same room. We should have been offered a bigger room. I requested a bigger room and was told there were none available. My adult daughter who is 5’10” slept on the couch (not a pull out) made for a child. There also was not enough room to open our luggage fully. I had to put my luggage on the floor under the luggage bench. The……
