Welcome to your private retreat in the heart of the Bishop Arts District—Dallas’ most walkable and vibrant neighborhood. This stylish second-floor 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment sits above a stand-alone building, offering complete privacy and quiet, with no neighbors above or below.

The kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped but does not include a gas or electric stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, or washer/dryer. Street parking is available directly in front of the main house. This is a private upstairs unit with no shared walls and no guest access to the main house, ensuring a peaceful and exclusive stay.

There is zero tolerance for parties or gatherings. Each additional guest beyond the reservation will incur a $50 fee. Small to midsize pets are welcome with an additional cleaning fee.
