「The service at Dreams is the best we’ve experienced at any all inclusive- far superior to anything else in Punta Cana. The property is small but absolutely beautiful and quiet- this is not a loud mega party resort, which is one of the reasons we love it. The staff is genuinely helpful and happy which makes staying there a treat. The only negative is that our room smelled very musty- I should have asked to move. 「Amazing! Incredible service from everyone. Loved the beach bar - great people serving drinks and food there with amazing beach views - the tuna ceviche was the best ever. Baboo restaurant was very nice, had breakfast and dinner there. Very peaceful. My room was huge and the balcony superb to relax at. The embajadores/ras take care of everything from reservations to activities to transfers and they are delightful. All in all I had an amazing stay. Thank you.」

「Pros: layout and fixtures were nice. Francisco, melody, and suny top notch. Cons:NO HOT WATER!! first room had broken patio lock and both rooms smelled terrible like farts. Room two had trash and dust behind the wood vertical partition, the sofa was stained the ottoman had a rip, no balcony furniture, the oven door was dirty. The lift top coffee table came apart, It was impossible to get face towels or hand towels, when I looked at the housekeeping cart there was none to be found only large...
