"Great property overall! It is a brand NEW resort, still in their soft opening so there is room for improvement on their food service ( not all restaurants were open at the same time) and entertainment. But overall, beautiful place. Food taste was amazing!"

"The rooms were clean and the beach was clean daily and the drinks were very good and the food and the staff were excellent. I will highly recommend this location again five star treatment for my honeymoon and vacation thy did not disappoint. I will be back."

"Cleanest and friendliest resort we've ever stayed at. Large staff who almost always say hello while walking past and are attentive to YOUR needs. Very good food quality, very clean and not over-chlorinated pools. Nice low volume ambient music plays along walkways. No air traffic from airport. Rooms are super comfortable and a very good size. Shower had great pressure. Place is amazing. Will continue to stay at Secrets and Hyatt properties. This is a gem. Recommend the Preferred option. Our Butler Jaimie and another couple had Maria who went above and beyond to care for us! Also call out to Coral who was taking care of us at the Preferred Pool. Kind woman! "
