「Our stay this time was a bit disappointing compared to our first visit. First, check in was extremely delayed. Check in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but our room was not ready until after 4:30 PM. After a long day of traveling, that was frustrating and exhausting. The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better. The toilet and the area underneath it were dirty, which was not what we expected. We also had issues with the phone in our room. It would ring repeatedly and we could not reach...

「Stayed 2 nights in Feb 2026 along with a group of 4 couples before heading out on a 12 night cruise. Perfect hotel for us all to meet up at with comfortable rooms (and bottled water provided daily) and a free airport shuttle service. Excellent breakfast and the shopping/restaurant village across the street had great alternate dining choices. And a bonus was the beautiful private beach the hotel shuttle also provided a free service to. Highly recommend this property!」

「The hotel is under new management again. Rooms hadn’t been properly cleaned, caught a glimpse inside the kitchen which explained why the food looked so awful so we walked out. Staff are just trying to keep the hotel running.」

「Nice place and good value. Some units are better under renovation which can be disruptive. Beach is beautiful but they should extend internet to beach. As soon as you leave beach bar the internet is gone. Buffet was excellent. Asian and International restaurants were good but the Italian needs improvement.」

「Room wasn’t very clean and it was outdated. Food at the buffets was okay. The beach was beautiful, but had a lot of seaweed. There was staff out trying to clean it up, but it just must be that time of year for it. The ocean was amazing, the nightly shows were not great, karaoke was fun and the house band was really good. I found that a lot of the staff didn’t speak much English which made things more difficult.」
