「This was an EXCELLENT location (inside the Tikal National Park) and the accomodations are great (bungalows with comfortable beds, which include mosquito netting). However, the best part of this property is the amazing staff. Their great restaurant was all I needed--I had an awesome dinner upon arrival and a wonderful breakfast after my amazing sunrise jungle tour. 「Excellent location to access Tikal. Pool was amazing! We swam in the rain. The bungalows are incredible. We appreciated having power at night to charge phones, even though the main building turns off their generator. The food is great, staff was kind and patient with our limited Spanish. Netting around the beds was a must for night time, worked well and kept the gnats out. Overall excellent experience and highly recommend staying here to explore Tikal. 」

「The airport shuttle was quick, convenient, and made our arrival and departure stress-free. Since I had early morning activities planned, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a to-go breakfast for me, which was both convenient and greatly appreciated.
The front desk staff was amazing and went above and beyond to help us sign up for the Tikal tour. Their assistance made the process easy and seamless.
