This brand new, Bayview home is the ultimate retreat for family or multigenerational family getaways hosting 14 comfortably in 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Located in the premier west end island community of Pointe West you will fall in love watching the fabulous gulf sunsets, perhaps enjoying a little bay fishing or birdwatching. Peach, Please offers 2 shaded balconies and a ground floor patio area as well as being situated on a scenic pond; perfect for celebrating the end of the day with an evening cocktail and sunset views! The bayside pool is a quick stroll away and just across the street you will have access to the Pointe West private beach and beach club pool area. .
Your vacation begins the minute you walk through the door. Start your days in the bright and airy living area, full of colorful decor and comfortable furnishings. Plenty of seating for all, whether settling in for a cozy movie night, playing a game or sharing the memories of the day's adventures. Preparing meals is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances or perhaps enjoying delicious takeout from local restaurants on the kitchen island. There is also a characoal grill for use downstairs as well as a Pack n Play for the little one in your family!
The 4 spacious bedrooms are built for relaxation with two primary bedrooms offering king beds and private ensuite bathrooms. Up on the 3rd floor you will find the 3rd and 4th bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a California king bed, and the 4th bedroom offers full over full bunk beds as well as a set of twin over twin bunks. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and game room!
RESORT AMENITIES & FEE:
Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment.The optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs, a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase.
The Pointe Restaurant is now open seasonally for lunch and dinner.
The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable, we suggest waiting to closer to arrival for purchase. **It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home only. We are not in charge of the community grounds and Beach Club amenities to include the restaurant,pools, beach, or elevators.

*Please note that this home is accessible by stairs only.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee & the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season is June-November. Please review our Storm & Cancellation Policies carefully!
