“Great vacation condo.The cons: It does show a little more wear and tear than the photos show. Just small things. Also bring your muscles..the sliding door is a little tough to open.The pros: It was so clean! And so many towels which was really nice. The kitchen was great - super clean amd pretty much all you need (except for a pizza pan - although there is a pizza cutter). The TV in the living room is much larger than the photos show. The main bed was so comfortable. And the balcony was……

“Clean and convenient ”

“This sad little place needs major updating.There are 1.5 closets, one filled with junk, the other you hang your clothes next to a dirty vacuum.Sticky/dirty door knobs and handles its gross.it was so dusty and dirty in this place that I had to buy Lysol spray to clean and deodorize. When I first opened the door I was hit by a very musty smell which was coming from the dishwasher when I opened it it smelled like months old water I washed/sanitized 3x to get rid of that smell. “Such a stunning view! We were able to see a family of dolphins, sharks, and stingrays all from the balcony. It came equipped with everything we needed to cook a quick meal & brew hot coffee every morning. All of the beds were surprisingly comfortable, which made it a great stay! It was a short drive to pier park. Overall great condo for the price & location!”

“It was just my husband and I and it was great!! Weather amazing and didn't rain until the last evening! Pool was nice and clean hardly anyone there at the pool ! Easy walk to the beach! We even walked to pier park for dinner and shopping ”

“Amy's condo is spectacular! Beautifully furnished. Well stocked with kitchen items, beach items. Furniture was comfortable. Amy was great communicating prior, at check-in, during our stay and departure day. We had the best time!! Would love to book it again!”

“This condo had everything that we needed. Very clean and huge balcony with nice furniture with an amazing view of the ocean. Location was great and away from the crowds. Parking was wonderful right in front of the elevator. 20 minutes to the airport was so nice. Two comfortable beach chairs with an umbrella. Victoria was wonderful with answering any questions you might have. Definitely a 10 out of 10 stay!! ”

“We very much enjoyed this unit being close to the beach! Very easy walk. The condo was clean and pictures are accurate. We had no trouble with parking. The unit is above the laundry and we never heard any noise and I was pleasantly surprised. ”
