「Property was right on the beach., which was awesome! Very large but very well laid out . Never felt crowded. Many pools to choose from & beach loungers all had umbrellas & were very comfortable . Pool towel service needs improvement. Have to pick up towels at the spa . 3x during our stay there were no towels available. For the caliber of hotel clean beach towels should have been provided in the room daily. Bathroom lacked towel racks or sufficient hooks ( only 2_for bath towels). Hand towels...

「This was the perfect place to stay. It was quiet but not empty with the pool bar helping all of your needs. The staff are a nice family and so helpful. I fell ill one night and the amazing man behind the pool bar brought me aspirin and got his father to bring a thermometer. The balcony was great for our cheap date night and the kids around the pool loves the pool toys almost as much as my boyfriend did.」

「I had a lovely stay at the Sevach apartments with my sister and parents. We had separate apartments, my parents on the ground floor, and me and my sister on the first floor. Our room was lovely, we were able to split the beds into 2 singles and we had a nice (compact) bathroom but great shower (my parents said there shower wasn't adjustable like ours, which they would've preferred). The rooms were cleaned daily with clean sheets and towels every few days. Antigone was always really helpful...

「We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. 「The hotel and staff were fantastic. We got to eat our breakfast every morning on our balcony looking into the bay around Chania. We liked the location and did not mind making use of the local taxis to spend time in the town where there were plenty of excellent restaurants. The staff were first rate and we wanted for nothing. Would recommend anyone to visit this hotel and Chania.」

「Beautiful newer oceanfront property that has excellent service and amenities. All rooms face the ocean with about half having balconies. Sunset views over the Aegean Sea are amazing. If you plan to get in the sea near the property make sure you bring water shoes along. They also have saltwater pool which is luxurious along with spa. Food quality and service is excellent. Hotel is about a 20-25 min walk to the harbor area and flat so easy to walk.」
