The Garrett House is a Dwell Well vacation rental property located just 3 blocks from Downtown Kerrville, TX. The Garrett house is quite the retreat! So many amenities, like a well-appointed kitchen, POOL, HOT TUB, OUTDOOR SHOWER, FIRE PIT, and Herb Garden. This home is walking distance to many great restaurants, coffee, bars, theater, river trail and more.

Beautiful neighborhood with several historic homes. Several of the homes on the block (including ours) are "Sears" homes, Homes you would pick out of a Sears catalog and have the materials shipped to you for you to build. Ours was built in 1925. The Garrett house is ideal for entertaining and family vacations. This 100 year-old home has been remodeled, but still has some of the original character!

Amenities: The backyard is large with a pool, hot tub, fire pit, screened in porch, and deck/outdoor shower off the master bath. The backyard has a 8 ft. high cedar fence (very private), with a nice barbeque for grilling. We have a family of deer that just might show up to hang out with you on the front lawn. The house has WIFI, Spectrum cable, Sonos sound, and iPhone chargers in each room.

Safety Notes: If you have small children, please take into consideration the pool and hot tub before booking. Safety is a huge concern for all our little ones. All use of the pool and hot tub are at your own risk. We do not have any lifeguards on duty. Also please know that the tile around the pool surround can get VERY slippery when it is wet, please be cautious.

Lock the doors

The can with the light blue lid is recycling. Recycling does not take trash bags, plastic bags or glass. Rinse all recycling and put it in the recycling container loose, not in a trash bag.

Trash is the canned with the dark blue lid. Place all of your trash and trash bags in the can as needed.

Check out at 11 am. Our cleaning staff will arrive at 11:10. Late checkouts, that have not been previously arranged, are subject to an additional charge of $25 for each additional 15 minutes.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
