CHECK-OUT
The apartment must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street containers upon departure, otherwise a fee of 100€ will be charged from the guarantee deposit
KEYS:
· Loss of property keys: Price £100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: the price will be the one set by the technician's rate and will be charged on-site by the technician.
RULES:
