Our large group of adults stayed for 2 nights and the house was clean and tidy, and looked as it was listed. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Big house, plenty of room

The house had all the amenities and plenty of space. Perfect for a large group The pool was a bit of a hassle to get to but overall was a great stay

Host was easy to communicate with. Amenities were dirty, some were broken, insufficient kitchen linen and towels. Broken furniture. Out side area dirty and insufficient places to sit and enjoy. T.V unable to use. Had to unblock shower drain in one bathroom.Host replaced linen and cues for pool table. But overall it spoiled my first day having to keep contacting host everytime we discovered more problems.

No access and no booking guarantee

Turned up at property, did not get access, stayz did not help at all, I rang them 5 times from the property for assistance and they did nothing to help us with two tiny infants. Absolutely a disgrace from the company and host. No assistance at all
