「Jessica was the best, she took care of me. At first my first room was not good- the villa is not what it is like online. I needed to change and she helped me. A lot. She also helped me celebrate my birthday and the restaurant servers all sang happy birthday. 」

「The room are pretty old and dirty, I think they need to remodel the room specific the bathroom, not enough hot water after 15 minutes taking bath. I paid extra for the bathtub, and it was extremely dirty and old. It’s not worth to pay it for. Car park extra charge , not even can offer water inside the room being 3 stars hotel. The staff service is ok, no experience but polite . I’m not Recommend this hotel. Absolutely No for what I paid for」
