"Beautiful property in a great location, conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. The resort felt safe, was well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I was somewhat disappointed with the food quality, as it did not meet the standards I remembered from my stay at Riu Palace five years ago. Unfortunately, I became ill during the last few days of my vacation. Overall, my 79-year-old mother and I had a wonderful time. She especially enjoyed the evening entertainment and shows, which made the trip very memorable for her. Thank you for a pleasant stay."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. The location is perfect for exploring the Historic Center on foot. Breakfast was good and the air conditioning worked well. The only downside was that the area can be a bit noisy at times due to the central location, but overall it was a great stay and I would definitely return."

"The hotel in total is very good, Swimming pools area is amazing. Food is very good for breakfast and dinner but lunch need to be improved, the hotel is very close to the hotel zone area about 4 minutes driving. Starbucks has a very good coffee and it is free."
