"Ocean front room on the 9th floor had an AMAZING view! Room service (all included) was prompt and accurate every time. Maid service came twice a day - once to clean and a second time to turn down the bed and leave chocolates. Lobby bartender made a great gin martini (with Condesa). Enjoyed meals at La Joya, the hibachi grill, and the sushi bar. Hopefully you won't need the hotel doctor on your trip. But we did, and he was outstanding."

"This is one of the better resorts I've stayed at in Cancun. The restaurants were really good, lots too offer also. I only went to the buffet for breakfast and it was great each morning sitting out in the open deck area. The mexican restuarant on site was fantastic, and the Black and White steakhouse offered such a good meal that I ate there twice. Staff were all friendly. If I had to recommend an improvement it would be to have smart TV's that you could use to stream what you like, and the mattress was a bit firm for me. But that aside, I will be staying here again. "

"The room and the bathroom were very clean. It was very convenient to have a quick breakfast at Café Tamayo inside the hotel. The Blue Bar was nice, and we watched the Super Bowl on the two big TV screens. We also had dinner at La Huerta, which was very good. The concierge was very helpful. They were able to arrange a private tour two days before we arrived."
