「El Tigre is a beautiful place to stay. The service from Andrea, Randy and team was amazing…even though the location is remote, we had everything we needed thanks to their exemplary customer service. The hike to the waterfalls was incredible and we loved the villa. Great blend of activity and relaxation. Just a perfect long weekend in the Bamboo House with our daughter!」

「Print or save your map beforehand. Do not exit onto a gravel road! The property is located inside a golf community. The map on the listing is incorrect! As of October 2025 all maps including Google, Waze and Apple maps all have the wrong and remote location. The correct location is Lucero. We had a beautiful experience! Everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. We had an amazing stay!」

「When you arrive they have wifi available to call staff/Michael who will check you in, staff is not onsite. It's a quiet private area, I recommend going to the free breakfast 6:30am-9:00am it's walking distance to Zen Zauro and you can request room service, I had room service everyday for the 6 days/5 nights we were there, had clean towels and clean sheets and cleaned bathroom and floors. 」
