Great space, convenient location in Polanco, and great communication. Plenty of space in the apartment, but the only downside is there is one set of keys, and one of the security guards at the door is not friendly.

Host asked to meet in person for check in and then no showed (no communication) - we waited and then were delayed for other stops. Elevator broken (walk up 6 flights) and no hot water 2 out of 4 days. Would not book again.
