This is a great place & I wish I could've stayed longer. The building is safe & you can literally walk to the famous Calle 8 area for amazing restaurant options. The staff does a great job sending all the information you need for check-in & I hope to return in the future.

We were pleasantly surprised y the ease of everything from the booking to the stay. We were only staying for a night to depart the next day for our cruise. The responsiveness from the staff with only communication being virtually, they were assistive and responsive. Felt safe with no worries in that regard. Little Havana was the area it was located and that was pretty cool. We would stay again.

The room was clean but the process of checking in was bad. This is not a hotel. There is no receptionist or lobby. I never met a human being throughout my stay. Communication was via text. My contact wanted to charge me $20 for checking in 30 minutes early but the manager stepped in and waived it. This was a last minute find due to mix up at another hotel. I wouldn't stay there again.

Elizabeth and Victor offered to carry our elderly auntie who has a broken hip up/down several flights of stairs since the building lacked an elevator, as well as giving her a separate room for one night. They went above and beyond to accommodate us!
