"We booked this trip for my husband and I and 3 grandboys ages 4,7, and 11. Being oceanfront it was ideal. We were able to get chairs and towels for the beach and pool. Our loft room with 3 sleeping areas was ideal. The beds were pretty comfortable for us. The breakfast was just right and cookies and milk were advertised at 8pm. Our grandboys were excited to get some but there was no milk both nights. We had a loose tub faucet and after asking at the desk it was repaired while we were out. It was over $500 a night but mostly worth it."

"Close to beach, central location to all of the OBX. 7 eleven just a 5 min walk away. Steps away from beach. Fridge and microwave in room. Room on the smaller side but still comfortable for 2 adults and 1 teen. We stayed in 2 bed courtyard view room. Free parking, but spaces can fill up in the high season. We always found a spot, but at times it was the only spot available and could get pretty tight. Staff seemed friendly and available if needed. No security deposit charged to card. Best of all, we arrived late around 10pm, but after calling the property, they made arrangements with us so that we could still get into our room and finish checking process the next morning. 5 star stay and I would definitely stay here again!"

"The room was clean, affordable, and pet-friendly, which was a big plus. Many guests had their pets with them, and the pet fee was only $25 per night, which is very reasonable. The only downside was the shower—it was quite small. It was just large enough to stand in, so it might feel a bit cramped for bigger guests. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a good value for the price."
