This professionally designed house boasts four beautifully-decorated bedrooms, each with high ceilings and a unique color scheme and decor. You’ll love touring the home to decide which one is your favorite!

You’ll find three bedrooms + 1 flex room on the top floor as well as one bedroom on the first floor. Each bedroom contains a plush king-sized bed with a memory foam mattress, a big flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a sleek walk-in shower for ultimate privacy.

On the main level, you’ll find another bedroom with a king-sized bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom that’s shared with the front sitting room. If that’s not enough space, there’s also a queen-size Murphy bed in the sitting room to accommodate additional guests.

Each of the lovely bathrooms is stocked with fresh towels, hair dryers, and travel-sized soaps and shampoo for your convenience.

The fully-remodeled gourmet kitchen features everything you’ll need to whip up delicious meals for the whole group. This includes new stainless steel appliances, a spacious island, and plenty of cabinet space stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils.

The kitchen flows into the modern dining area which features a stunning wooden dining table with comfortable seating for six guests. An additional four seats are available at the kitchen counter. Boasting large windows, tall ceilings, contemporary decor, and funky light fixtures, this is a great place to gather with your group for a delicious meal.

The dining area opens up onto the bright and cheery lounge. Relax on the comfortable sofa and watch a show on the flat-screen TV or plan your next adventure using the free wifi. Can’t agree on what to watch, or feel like playing board games instead? You’ll find a separate sitting area located just across the foyer so your group can spread out comfortably. The elegant sitting area boasts two comfortable armchairs and a relaxing sofa. You’ll also find a flat-screen TV in this room, so no one ever has to fight over the remote.

Step out onto the back deck, where you’ll find plenty of outdoor seating. Guest Access:

This home is perfect for large groups seeking a quiet vacation. You can enjoy full access to the entire home, including the fully remodeled kitchen, flat-screen TVs, free wifi, stunning bedrooms, and free parking. Check-in is a breeze thanks to the smart lock!

This property features a small, self-contained basement apartment that is currently occupied by the host. The entrance and garage for this apartment are entirely separate from the rental living space, so rest assured, you will have complete privacy during your visit.


Quiet hours are in effect between 10 pm and 9 am. No parties are allowed.

☆☆ CANCELLATION POLICY: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back a full refund minus a $100 credit card processing fee. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund. We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance!☆☆

-Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property unless pre-approved PRIOR to your stay.
-We have a zero tolerance policy on our property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come & go.
-We have exterior cameras to verify who is entering our home.
-If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine.
-Upon confirming your booking, you are subject to our House Rules, which includes this disclaimer.
-Absolutely NO decorations may be adhered to the walls, fixtures or furniture to prevent wall damage. Failure to follow this will result in a fine.

**There is an additional $400 fee for guests wanting to book my property for filming and/or photography. A location agreement must be provided to me prior to your shoot date.**

EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask on the day before, or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.

The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.

LUGGAGE DROP OFF:
While we would love to be able to accommodate luggage drop off requests, there simply isn’t a ‘'holding area” in our home that wouldn’t interfere with our cleaners ability to move freely during their clean. We recommend you contact Stow Station.

The total price of the reservation is based on the nightly rate set by the host, plus fees or costs determined by the host or booking platform. Extra guest fee charged by some hosts for extra guests beyond a set number, which may fluctuate.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire main house (except for locked supply closets)

Located in the heart of Historic Edgefield. Walkable to Five Points Restaurants and shops, the Basement East, East Park and so much more. 5 min drive to downtown Nashville. 15 minute walk!

Getting Around:
Walkable to lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. 5 minute Uber/Lyft ride to downtown/Broadway

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!
