This is a great unit. It is well located and a short walk to the beach across the road and a 10 min walk to the area where all teh restaurants are located.

Beautiful Property

We loved our week at The Blue Residences. The property was just as it's pictured and the view is incredible. We enjoyed watching the sunset on the patio many nights. The condo was stocked well and we were able to make many meals at home. We had one incident where our front door entry code wouldn't work and management was very quick to assist and get a new code set up for us. Being between Palm Beach and Eagle Beach was a great location to explore both areas for shopping and dining. The grocery store, which had everything we needed and recognized from home, was only a couple minutes away. We would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone!

Great location with a beautiful view!

This condo is spacious and very clean. we spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the Caribbean and in the hottub (which was kept very clean). All of the beds were comfortable, showers had great water pressure (sometimes hard to find in rentals). What we love most is the great location of this condo to both ends of the island. Also, the pool is never crowded and the beach is often empty and quiet (which was amazing). Checkin was easy. We would definitely stay here again. We were a family of 7 (5 young adults age 15-22)...plenty of room for all:))

WOW!

Every time you step through the front door, the view will take your breath away. The condo is beautifully appointed. The hot tub was great, the pools were never crowded, the food at the café was good. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the tasting menu at The Kitchen Table by White on the property. Loved that this property gave us the benefits of being in a hotel (pool, beach, restaurant, gym) while allowing everyone to have their own room and bath for a similar price to cramming the 4 of us into one room at the Ritz or Marriott. Certainly much cheaper than 2 rooms at those hotels. Plus the benefits of a condo - kitchen and washer/dryer. And believe me, it was every bit as nice. One family member is a gym rat and the gym, while not extensive, had all of the basics for a decent workout. The beach devoted to the property is small but protected from the strong current by a jetty. If you are looking for a lively scene on the beach or around the pool, this is not the place for you. But if you enjoy peace and privacy, this is IT! The location is central to both Palm Beach and Eagle Beach where all the resorts are and a short drive to the capitol. There is a large supermarket nearby to stock the kitchen. The parking is gated and the property seemed very secure. WiFi is seamless throughout the property and even around the pools. It's not the strongest if you are streaming but was decent otherwise. I also have to mention the service of the front desk. While we made our own arrangements for restaurants and activities, she would surely have done that. But on the next to last day, one family member had an injury that required crutches. After visiting 2 pharmacies without luck, she made one call and the crutches were delivered to us in about 20 minutes! Outstanding service!
