"The hotel is nicely kept and close to a train and bus station to conveniently travel to the tourist areas. There are a few limited food options in the immediate area but you can kind plenty of options within a 10 to 15 minute walk."

"Arrived 1 hour before check in. Was advised room is not ready due to compliance checks. Was told to leave bags with concierge who are apparently open till 12 midnight. Arrived back at 9pm and waited 30 mins to collect bags. Only 2 members of staff working and serving multiple areas. Room okay but bathroom was appalling. Dirty towel, blocked basin drain, extractor fan not working and toilet took 30 mins to refill. Relayed this to a gentleman on the desk who stated "oh that's unfortunate, next time you come, tell this to the manager and we can see what we do". Funnily or sadly enough the same reception staff were pandering to a lady, offering upgrades and token gifts. When the face fits. I got the impression the chap at the front desk thought I was making it all up. So much for not being able to check in an hour early due to ensuring the room is "ready and checked over". Very Poor service. Wouldn't come back again and would advice others not to come too."

"Our room was great, the hotel is beautiful, and in a great location. However, we had an issue with the bathroom. It stank! We had to keep the door closed so it wouldn't stink up the entire room. I contacted customer service at the text number they sent, and they gave me an email address to send my concern to. I never got a response, and no one ever fixed the issue. A housekeeper was in the room each day, and obviously, they did not alert maintenance either. We had dinner the first night at teh restaurant and had terrible service. The server forgot our appetizers, two bowls of soup. Then, when dinner arrived, and I mentioned she forgot the soup, she returned with one and no spoon."

"Perfect location close to Russel Square tube station, an old pub, and a bakery. 10 min walk to the British Museum. Go directly to Russel square station from the airport along the Piccadilly Line which takes 50 mins or so. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and staffed. Rooms are tight but clean and all one would need. Would stay again on my next trip."
