Great view on Oceanside, and close to the beach.

Large living room and bedroom areas, although carpet needs to be cleaned and repaired in spots. Nicely decorated. Great location in midtown, could walk to many good restaurants. Elevator and parking lot makes coming and going very convenient.We would stay there again.

Comfortable condo; great location!

The end unit was a bonus since it had nice, roomy bedrooms and large living room. The balcony was relaxing and gave a view of the ocean. The location of the condo was perfect to walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. It was very convenient and just one house away from the beach. So easy to walk back for lunch, grab a drink and use the restroom. The rental company was very helpful. Ongoing communications before arrival, during our stay and post check out was nice. They were very quick to respond to questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice beach-side condo

The condo had everything we needed, a well equipped kitchen and was quite spacious. Very quiet area, even on the weekend with easy access to the beach. Note you should bring shampoo and bath soap/gel. I particularly liked the well stocked Keurig and optional Mr Coffee and the patio is wonderful to sit on during early mornings and evenings. Only issue was a musty smell in the master bathroom. I was able to manage it, so I didn't mention it until after I left. The condo service was very gracious and communicative, so I expect they will fix it promptly.

The location is perfect, and the balcony view was fantastic. We loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony, watching the waves break. It's actually nicer that it's not beach front as the sun would have been too hot to sit out there. Instead, we had some shade and still had a great view of the ocean. The layout of the condo was also very nice as the rooms were down a hallway from the living room, so if someone was watching TV it was still quiet in the rooms. Loved the decor as well. Other pluses: They provided a couple beach chairs. We brought some of our own, but it was nice having a few extras. Having the towels and sheets provided was also great. The air conditioning is separate units in each room, which we liked because we could set it to our liking room by room. They worked really well.Some suggestions for improvement: The carpet was old and could use either a really good cleaning or should be replaced. The dryer had to be run multiple times to dry the clothes. The condo was very humid. We had a few rainy days and the master bedroom had a musty smell and everything just felt damp. A dehumidifier would be very helpful. The AC vents need a good cleaning (we wiped them down) and the kitchen floor was not mopped well. Otherwise, everything was great. Communication was excellent and we loved staying there. Would definitely consider coming back.
