「Within the PECHS, near my destination office, near my associates' homes, etc. what else do we want? This hotel is very clean, although it's a bit old [30+ years] and most likely needing repairs [what was expected to work had worked!!!]. Staff are courteous. Parking is a bit awkward, due to construction in the vicinity, which is progress towards better times.」

「A nice hotel. But considering the run-down room, facilities, and amenities, it might be slightly overpriced. The room is clean but a bit small. The location on the map (shown in not Expedia) is wrong. We thought this hotel is relatively close to the center of Skardu, but actually it is rather close to the airport. Public transportation is not easily available between the hotel and the city center. So the only way is a hotel car (1500Rs round trip). Staff is polite and friendly. Blackout...
