Enjoy this 3 br 2 bath house with a private beach just outside of the back patio. Public beaches only 100 yards away . Great fishing too. There is a bird viewing area just down the road. This is a very family oriented location.

Yes the host was Amazing!! She was always a phone call away made our stay very welcoming!! She even did the biggest favor for me for a surprise birthday I can’t thank her enough for going above and beyond we had a lil hiccup but she was right there to make it all better in now time the house was very beautiful and cozy water was beautiful only thing missing was the pier we seen in the pictures and the 3rd bedroom just needs to be explained a little better it’s not a fit for 6 adults at all but we made it work the beach area really does need work it doesn’t look like it did in the pictures. Other than that it was really great! It was quite relaxing just stress free . I would recommend this cozy place . The screened in area is really the selling point of this place the view of the beach without the mosquitos and it fits a comfortable amount of people that was Fabulous. Lisa I can say was tremendously great she alone deserves a 10 star rating Thank you again for making our birthday celebration so fun and great !!! God bless

Just a gem of a place

Just love this spot. The water was right outside the screened porch. Got to fish whenever we wanted. The marina is about 12 minutes away: bair and apparently a great restaurant. Didn't get to try the restaurant. The people around were so friendly. The dolphins put on a show on two different days. The house had everything you could just about need. The screened in porch was everything! We got to hang out at night with no bug issues. Many mentioned mosquitos in the visitor book, but luckily for us wind was moving so no issues there. The rain shower is great in the downstairs bathroom. If you're thinking about this place book it!

Lil family get away

So much I could say but gonna try to keep it short. This was a great place inside & out. Loved the screened in porch & the outdoor patio area. Also the private beach area, fishing off the pier, watching the dolphins swim, meeting the cat Molly & her friends, watching the sunset. We were able to grill & chill. A nice place to relax w/our adult kids playing cornhole, eating, drinking & just breathing it all in. Linda our host was AWESOME!! I'd highly recommend this place!!

Lovely house on the bay!

The sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. We enjoyed watching the dolphins, crabs, shrimp boats, and occasional ship. Super convenient fishing right from the property. The screened in room is nice and large for the whole family to hangout without being bothered by the mosquitos.FYI: The second and third bedroom are accessed from stairs on the outside of the house. You pass through the second bedroom to get to the third.

Love the Is proximity to Magnolia beach and the water. We fished all night. Very remote, calm and quiet. Great change of pace from Austin.
