A well cared for and comfortable home, in Portland’s popular Munjoy Hill & Eastern Promenade area. Ideal for family & friends, a special occasion, relaxing getaway or team business trip. Portland's charm offers many markets, award winning restaurants & activities to choose from. Shop The Old Port & Downtown Portland which are within walking distance. Freeport Outlets, LL Bean and The Maine Mall are a short drive away. Enjoy Portland's downtown art district and the waterfront walking trail which is just 2 minutes away. It's just a short drive to the coast with beautiful beaches & scenic lighthouses. The apartment feels like home & maintains architectural features of the past. It has an updated eat-in kitchen, large separate dining room, 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths.
Also a block away is the Eastern Promenade with it's spectacular views of Portland Harbor and Casco Bay. Both smaller and larger groups will love the spacious floor layout and we go above and beyond to provide you with all the kitchen and bathroom amenities you need. Some additional notes:

1) Off street parking is available upon request. There is free street parking in the neighborhood that may be challenging to find during the busier summer months.
2) Our units sleep 6 in beds and up to 8 with an air mattress that we supply.
3) Because of increasing costs, we have an additional per person charge or guests that exceed 5 people. We do this because of the rising costs of laundry, utilities and general wear and tear.

Very nice place and great location. Like having the little coffee shops within walking distance.
We were in Portland for my daughter’s graduation. Had a very nice weekend trying different restaurants and enjoying lobster rolls.

Nice rental
We had a great time and this rental was very clean. The host was wonderful and easy to communicate with. My only tiny complaint is that the bedroom radiator was really loud (as they tend to be) and I am a light sleeper, so they kept me up. Not any fault of the rental, just is what it is. 15 minute walk to everything. Lovely, overall.

Great stay in Portland!
Overall we loved our weekend away in Portland and the VRBO worked out perfectly for us. We had 5 little boys with us but there was plenty of space. Could have used a little more silverware as we had a total of 9 people but it all worked out. Also we used the air mattress but it did seem to have a small leak. The place though was clean, spacious and the owner graciously helped us with a pack n play and high chair. He was super easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure we were doing well! Loved it and so happy we could enjoy the trip! Thank you!

Great location and wonderful property owner. We could not have had a better arrangement for two kids under two and 4 adults. Definitely will book again as this was the perfect setup.

Great location
Came for my 50th birthday with 3 girlfriends. Nick was very responsive when we contacted him about a toilet clog and came within a few hours while we were out for the day. The place is very charming, clean and quite roomy! Four of us were very comfy. We used street parking without any issue. If im being super critical, one of the toilets was definitely a little prone to clog so I recommend Nick check that out, as after he unclogged it, it was still flushing slowly so we just used the other bathroom. The other very tiny recommendation would be hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms or bedrooms to hang towels and some better pillows! All in all a wonderful stay and I would definitely go back again and stay at Nick’s place!!

Lovely quiet neighborhood, 2 blocks from a lovely park on the waterfront! Great restaurants nearby and excellent gourmet market. Easy walk to Old Town. Rental unit has everything you need!

Wonderful Home...Great Location!
I highly recommend this property. The location is really terrific. Very convenient to so many things! Things such as a nice sandy beach, kayak and bike rentals, very fine dining (we love the Front Room!), tennis and pickleball, boat rentals and excursions, LL Bean and so many more things. The owner is awesome and exceptionally responsive. My whole family loved the experience.

Location Location Location
The location of this property is amazing! You are within walking distance to many little shops and a fabulous park. Nick was also wonderful to work with. He was attentive to any needs we had throughout the stay and checked in via text almost daily. Although one off street parking spot is available, it is first come first served unless you pay extra to reserve it. We did not find this a problem though as street parking within a block was always available. A family with young children stayed in the unit above us and at times could be heard. However, we did not mind as we also had a little one with us who also enjoys running around. Although we did not need them the unit came with a pack and play and high chair/booster seat for eating. We found the beds to be a bit uncomfortable, the pillows too thin, and the couch swallowed us whole. All in all it was a good rental and the location is amazing! Nick was also wonderful to work with and very helpful!
