“Great efficient place. Clean, great conditions, lots of pools. Rooftop pool s terrific although the pools are very shallow here. Front desk staff were super wonderful and helpful. Loved the location with lots of nearby restaurants, bars and other amenities. Seemed very safe to me. Rented a scooter across the street. Pools on ground floor are long and narrow. Not private but it f you are social they are great. ”

“Here is a fair and honest opinion from someone who has visited Tulum and La Veleta neighbourhood on multiple occassions. For starters, I thought I was booking Central Park Tulum, not "Lagunas" but thats on me and something to double check, as online they look the same. Upon arrival we discovered a dead bird on our balcony. It had been there for weeks, decomposing. The blinds were broken. There was no toaster, which is typically a basic kitchen item. There was an outdoor BBQ, but zero bbq……
